We've never heard of other shapes
to define our polygonal lives.
The circle of life is depression.
The beginning only leads to the end.
walk a line straight enough:
you wind up right back where
you started to begin.
We've never heard of other shapes
to define our polygonal lives.
Even squares to define are dismal.
It's too tempting to cut the corners.
Cut the corners and you get a circle.
And that accomplishes nothing but
an everlasting straight line to walk on.
We've never heard of other shapes
to define our polygonal lives.
Lives should be more like triangles.
Although triangles are rather pointy
and with association of that, sharp;
Triangles are architecturally sound
and they're at least interesting.
We've never heard of other shapes
to define our polygonal lives.
The circle of life is depression
and squares to define are dismal.
Always, the beginning leads to the end.
Lives should be more like triangles
Because lives are sharp like knives
And that's at least an interesting way
to end things.
